Day-Wise Schedule
Week 1: Nail Theory and Basic Procedures
Introduction to the nail industry, preparation, and nail anatomy
Health and safety regulations, tool sterilization, and disinfection
Common nail diseases, identification, and prevention
Product knowledge, working station setup, and ergonomics
Ingrown nail treatment and prevention
Week 2: Manicures and Pedicures
Classic manicure with gel polish application
Combi manicure with French gel polish
Combi manicure with rubber base overlay and basic design
Classic pedicure with gel polish
Combi and smart pedicure with gel polish, hand and arm massage, exfoliation, and masks
Duration
2 weeks
30 hours training and 30 hours practice
